ViaQuest Hospice gratefully accepts donations from individuals who wish to support the Hospice program and services. Funds will be utilized to promote the Hospice philosophy to the benefit of ViaQuest Hospice patients and their families. Funds are used to:

• Purchase Items that increase the comfort of Hospice patients/families/caregivers when a financial need is demonstrated.
• Pay for personal care services which are needed but not covered under the Hospice Medicare/Medicaid or other insurance benefit, and when a financial need is demonstrated.
• Cover the costs of care for patients who have inadequate or no insurance coverage.
• Provide for special supplies or equipment that Hospice patients cannot afford and which will allow the patients to stay at home or to return to their home.
• Help with the cost of funeral arrangements when financial need is demonstrated.
